Mother's Day is celebrated in many parts of the world but on different days. Most countries celebrate at some time in the northern hemisphere spring. Afghanistan, Kosova, Vietnam and other countries celebrate on March 8; United Kingdom, Ireland and Nigeria on the 4th Sunday of Lent; and Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Philippines, Uganda, United States and others celebrate on the second Sunday in May. If you are celebrating Mother's Day this coming Sunday, considering making an easy WOW MOM card to tell your mom how appreciated she is! Happy Mother's Day!

Age: Over 10's
Level: Easy
Materials
Card stock or construction paper
Glitter, felt pens, sequins, jewels, flowers ect. to decorate.
Fold a full piece of paper in half.
Use block letters to write out "MOM" on the front of the card. Make sure to put the top of the letters right up at the fold of your paper.
Cut out the letters, leaving the tops that connect to the fold line uncut.
Now, when you open your card, thanks to a line of symmetry, you already get a great message for your mom!
Fill with a personal message and give with a hug and kiss!
